MING YEN

Ming Yen is responsible for finding investors of the right profile to participate in potential joint ventures property developments and to acquire properties in countries such as India and China.  Ming Yen has been involved in structuring and launching real estate funds for various sectors including commercial, residential, industrial and IT parks in countries such as China, India and Japan.  Ming Yen was also responsible for marketing real estate funds to potential investors. Prior to that, Ming Yen had more than 7 years of experience in structuring Project Finance transactions and providing Project Finance advisory services to his clients.
